Good morning, you beautiful people! As we are mostly aware, the season of giving is rapidly approaching, and many of us have plans to ship presents to your friends and relatives in far-away lands. Be aware that the Mondays of December 7 and 14 will likely be the busiest days of the year, and the Tuesdays of December 8 and 15 will be close contenders. To avoid long lines and waits, you are encouraged to get your shipping done on or before December 5.
Fingerprinting services will be running over the holiday season, but fingerprinting customers will be in the same queue as shipping customers. On the aforementioned days of December 7, 8, 15, and 16 we will NOT be running LiveScan services.
FedEx and UPS have posted their holiday shipping schedules. As with every year, the expected transit times of all packages are one to two days longer than during the summertime; plan accordingly! This includes Express and Air services: overnighting a parcel on December 23 will not necessarily get it to its destination by Christmas. Plan ahead, ship early, and have a stress-free holiday season!
